1️⃣ Purchase Policy

• Orders can be placed through our official website, mobile app, or authorized sales partners.
• Customers must ensure all details — product selection, quantity, address, and contact — are correct before checkout.
• Wholesale or institutional orders should contact sales directly.

Payment:

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and authorized payment gateways (PCI DSS compliant).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available only for select pin codes and local deliveries.
• All payments are in INR (₹) including applicable taxes unless specified.

Order Confirmation:

• Order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
• Customers receive Order ID and digital invoice via email/SMS/app notification.

2️⃣ Delivery Policy Service Area:

• Delivery is available across Telangana and neighboring regions through our logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Local Orders: 1–2 business days (for perishable vegetables and plants)
• Outstation Orders: 3–5 business days (for plants and packaged perishables)
• Wholesale Orders: per dispatch schedule

Shipping & Charges:

• Delivery charges depend on weight, distance, and product type.
• There is no free delivery; all orders are charged for delivery.

Tracking:

• Once dispatched, customers receive tracking info via SMS/Email/App.

Delivery Exceptions:

• Delays may occur due to weather, transport issues, or natural calamities. Customers will be notified promptly.

3️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy Eligibility:

• Returns/replacements are accepted for: • Damaged, spoiled, or defective vegetables or plants. • Wrong item or quantity shipped.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable items that have been used or consumed.
• Live plants if delivered in healthy condition and mishandled by customer.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact Help/Support via app or email immediately.
2. Provide photos and order details.
3. Upon verification, pickup or replacement is arranged.

4️⃣ Refund Policy Refund Scenarios:

• Order cancelled before dispatch.
• Product is damaged, spoiled, or unavailable for replacement.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed.

Refund Mode & Timeline:

• Refund credited to original payment mode within 5–7 working days.
• COD refunds via bank/UPI details.

Deductions:

• Delivery charges may apply if return is not due to FPO error.

5️⃣ Cancellation Policy Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch through app or website.
• Full refund applicable for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch:

• Cancellation not possible after shipment, due to perishability.
• Returns may be requested for damaged or spoiled items as per policy.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders:

• Cannot be cancelled once invoiced or dispatched.

Limitation of Liability:

• FPO is not responsible for damages arising after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

Governing Law:

• All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Rangareddy District, Telangana courts.

7️⃣ Privacy & Data Protection

• Collect basic user data for orders and service improvement.
• Payment details processed securely; card/bank info not stored.
• User info not shared or sold, except as required by law.
